With 14 years of experience as Program Director for the Uptown Downtown Oakland Community Benefit Districts and a 2018 graduate of the International Downtown Association’s Emerging Leader Fellowship, Andrew has driven transformative public realm projects across the Bay Area.

As Executive Director of the Uptown Downtown Oakland Community Benefit Districts for over a decade, Steve has championed Oakland’s only unified marketing and events campaign, Oakland Central.
